As a dynamic technology leader and former software engineer, Laura’s experience spans deep tech all the way through to building teams and creating meaningful connections. Her vision for LIFT as we Climb is driven by a deep passion for helping women overcome obstacles, tap into their potential, and succeed together.
With over two decades of driving emerging tech innovation in startup and corporate roles and now leading her own technology startup, Raquel has a strong perspective on the challenges female technologists face as they progress in their careers. She works on her allyship every day and is focused on ensuring LIFT as we Climb’s purpose of empowering women at all career stages is fulfilled.
With an extensive background in organisational development and her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) Sharon has been instrumental in our journey. With a knack for turning visions into action, she brings fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to LIFT as we Climb, ensuring that we create an inclusive community where every voice is heard.
